Kolbus Casemaker DA270 – One Year On

It’s hard to believe , but it is a full year since our Kolbus DA270 Casemaker was installed and it certainly hasn’t disappointed.  In that short time it has covered and/or lined almost 2,500,000 boards!  It is consistently running at 60 cases per minute and has a maximum size of 670 x 390mm.  We can produce single piece boards for ringbinders, wiro-bound books and covers to be fitted with binding screws. It is also able to rotary cut the board to create spines, which saves a huge amount of guillotine time.  Here is a short video showing how it runs:
