Custom Made Display Box for Spectacle Lenses

We were asked to produce a custom made display box to showcase some spectacle lenses.  This product had a a few features that made it slightly different.  Firstly it was made as a 5-piece case, secondly it required a die-cut foam inner to hold the glass lenses in position and thirdly it needed an invisible magnetic closure.

The case was made by hand using five pieces of board with a magnetic sheet pasted on to the first panel and a thin sheet of metal into the fifth.  This was then covered and lined.  The foam was die-cut to allow for six lenses to be housed and then glued onto the fourth panel.

The end result was a fabulous lense presenter.
