Ring Binders & Folders

We design and manufacture custom ring binders and folders to meet client’s individual needs. Our ring binders are used in nearly every industry from booking systems in beauty salons through to prestigious government documents. 

How do we Make Custom Ring Binders?

We produce bespoke ring binders and folders using die cutting, gluing, creasing, folding and drilling. These are generally made from a manila board which is printed and creased to form the folder. These can have pockets, gussets, eyelets and ribbons as appropriate.

Our paper over board ring binders use a printed sheet with either a gloss or matt lamination which is pasted over grey board and creased to form a spine. We can also make 3-piece and 5-piece cases. Alternatively, the board can be covered in a huge variety of PVC coated papers, book cloths and leathers. These can be foil blocked and can have metal corners fitted if required.

We can also pad the fronts and backs to enhance the feed. Binders are also fitted with a ring mechanism of choice. These include; interscrew, postlock and magazine fittings.
